DEXTER LAKE, Ore. – Oregon State women's rowing opened its 2022 spring season on Sunday, March 20, winning the annual dual in the first and second varsity eight, and varsity four races over No. 19 Washington State at Dexter Lake.
The Beavers hold onto the Winchell Cup for another year after achieving a team win from the combined effort from all five boats that raced on Sunday. The Crawford Plate was awarded to OSU's V8 boat after winning the race over WSU by nine seconds.
OSU's first varsity eight posted the fastest time of the day with a 6:35.
