Jake Cookus has officially been hired by Oregon State as a quality control analyst, the school announced Thursday.
Cookus, whose impending hire was reported by The Oregonian/OregonLive last week, "will have an array of duties, including the organization, administration and promotion of all aspects of the football program," according to the OSU release. More specifically, Cookus is expected to hold a heavy role in special teams.
