CORVALLIS -- Oregon State looks poised to pick up its first win in nearly a calendar year, leading FCS opponent Idaho State 23-0 at the half. Here are some quick halftime thoughts:
1. The score is lopsided in OSU's favor. That's something I haven't seen during my two-plus seasons covering this team since the 2014 contest against Hawaii, which also included a furious rally by the Rainbow Warriors to make that a game late. It will be interesting to see how OSU handles the big lead after the break.
