Oregon State football adds quality control coaches

JR Moala and Bojay Filimoeatu have been added to Oregon State's football staff as defensive quality control coaches, the program announced Wednesday.

Moala was promoted after spending last season as a defensive intern. He played linebacker at Portland State from 1999-2001 and then at Hawthorne Junior College in California after serving a two-year LDS mission in Venezuela. He is the younger brother of the late Tevita Moala, the Beavers' star linebacker from 1999-2000.

Filimoeatu played for OSU coach Gary Andersen at Utah State from 2011-12, recording 112 tackles, eight sacks and one interception while starting all 26 games of his Aggies career.
