Oregon State’s 2018 football season is history, so we’ll begin the wrap-up phase by handing out grades and awards for the Beavers. Included are reader votes for each position:
Oregon State’s running game was one of the team’s few bright spots this season, though it ended with a thud. Jermar Jefferson figures to land on a number of all-freshman league and national lists after running for 1,380 yards this season. After returning from an injury midseason, Artavis Pierce looked nothing like the player who ran all over Ohio State and Southern Utah during Weeks 1 and 2. The backups were spotty but didn’t get a lot of opportunities.
