CORVALLIS, Ore. – Conference hit leader, freshman , went yard in Oregon State softball's setback to Arizona in the series finale of the Pac-12 weekend Sunday. Despite the loss, the Beavers took the series over Arizona for the first time since the 2013 campaign.
The Beavers (31-9, 7-5 Pac-12) snapped its six-game winning streak and gave up the most runs since Arizona State on March 20 in that weekend series finale. OSU has still outscored its opponents in its last seven games 32-12.
Freshman suffered her third loss of the season, allowing four runs, five hits and struck out one.
