Center Kylor Kelley is not well known for his explosive scoring ability, but on Saturday against Grambling State, the towering center posted one of the best games of his collegiate career.
Kelley scored 22 points on 7-8 shooting from the field (including an 8-9 mark from the free throw line), in addition to grabbing 7 rebounds and blocking 7 shots in the Beavers 80-58 victory over their SWAC foes. With the win, Oregon State now sits at 5-1 on the season and is still unbeaten at home in four contests.
Potential Pac-12 Player of the Year Tres Tinkle chipped in 17 points of his own, to go along with 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals in 34 minutes of court time.
