Kevin McGiven comes to two conclusions when asked to evaluate state of Oregon State's passing game as he enters his second season on the coaching staff, and first as co-offensive coordinator.
He believes the Beavers have pieces to move the ball much better in 2016, with a unit spearheaded by transfer quarterback Darell Garretson. But he knows potential does not mean much until those pieces prove it in one of the nation's toughest conferences.
"Until we do it in a Pac-12 game, then there's always going to be that suspicion as to whether we can or not," McGiven said.
