CORVALLIS - Tres Tinkle quickly put to rest the notion that it was not possible for Oregon State men's basketball to see the postseason.
"It's not really out of the question," the Beavers' leader in scoring, rebounding and assists said Tuesday. "You can do anything at the Pac-12 Tournament. We've played with every single team. If we get this thing flipped, I think we could make a run for ourselves in that tournament."
OSU (13-13, 5-9 Pac-12) has long set the goal of peaking by the end of the season. Now firmly sitting 10th in the Pac-12 standings with four remaining regular season games and two weeks until the league tournament in Las Vegas, the Beavers would in fact need an uncommon run through the league bracket to earn a postseason bid.
