What happens when an Oregon State Beavers fan goes too hard while getting ready for the college football season? Police allege Shannon Hogan went to the extreme of purchasing beer for kids ranging in age between 11 and 15, then proceeded to drink and smoke pot with the five kids. That’s something you’d normally see out of SEC country, but it looks like crazy has invaded the Beaver State.
According to court documents, the group of juveniles all met at Hogan’s residence to hang out with her 13-year-old son. An 11-year-old who was present told police that they had given Hogan money for booze and that Hogan “went to the store and purchased alcohol for the children,” a court affidavit states.
