The Oregon State Beavers announced a pair of basketball signings Wednesday, and are also expected to add a third later Wednesday evening.

Oregon State's first verbal commitment in the 2019 recruiting class also became its first signee, as 247Sports three-star small forward Julien Franklin sent in his National Letter of Intent early.
The 6-foot-5, 175-pound wing chose the Beavers over offers from New Mexico, Northeastern, Pepperdine and UTEP.
