Oregon State may not have needed a herculean effort to get past Penn on Monday in the consolation match-up of the 2018 U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam, but a career day from forward Tres Tinkle made things easy for the Beavers, as head coach Wayne Tinkle’s squad coasted to a 74-58 victory over the Quakers. Oregon State will now leave the Paradise Jam Tournament with a 2-1 record in the field and a 4-1 mark overall on the season.
In the contest, Tres Tinkle dropped in a jaw-dropping 32 points on a 12-20 performance from the field, which included connecting on four three-pointers in the affair, as well as grabbing a team-high 12 rebounds.
