On Monday, Oregon State dished out their fourth offer of the 2020 class, when they extended a scholarship to Mount Si High School (Washington) play-maker Jabe Mullins, according to the program’s official Twitter account.

A 6’ 5”, 180-pound guard, Mullins joins Canadian prospect Addison Patterson, Maryland swingman Ché Evans, Jr.
