On Monday, Oregon State added another target to their 2018 recruiting class, when they offered a scholarship to College of Southern Idaho guard and Portland native, Charles Jones Jr.. The Golden Eagles stand-out joins California big man Amadou Sow, Washington swingman Emmitt Matthews Jr. and New York wing Jared Rhoden as the main targets of the Beavers staff for 2018 recruiting class, at the moment.
Jones Jr., was a third-team All-America selection last season at the College of Southern Idaho (CSI), where he posted averages of 15.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.1 steals per game. The 6’ 2”, 200-pound guard led the Golden Eagles to a 27-7 campaign that ended in the opening round of the NJCAA National Tournament to Northern Oklahoma-Enid.
