After dropping 23 runs in the first game in the series, Oregon State did not slow down, adding another 19 in a blow out victory over the San Diego Toreros.
As the game started, it looked like San Diego might be able to mount an effort; The Toreros managed to get 2 on with no outs in the top of the first. Oregon State then pulled off the most impressive defensive play of the night, as Michael Gretler, Nick Madrigal, and Adley Rutschman combined for a 5-4-3 double play, with the last out coming on interference.
The Beavers wasted no time in getting runs up on the board.
