CORVALLIS, Ore. – The No. 3 Oregon State men's soccer team shutout Stanford, 1-0, notching its sixth shutout of the season in Corvallis, Ore. on Thursday. The Beavers improve to 10-1-2 (5-0-1 Pac-12). Earlier this season, the Beavers had tied, 2-2, with Stanford on the road.
"I'm just really, really proud from start to finish," said head coach Terry Boss. "The guys stepped up. We had a big win last week against a great team and knew we had another great team coming in. We're missing a couple pieces, a couple injuries, and guys stepped up and filled those roles.
