CORVALLIS, Ore. – No. 20 Oregon State (31-14, 7-10 Pac-12) dropped its fifth straight one-loss game on Saturday afternoon to the hands of No. 4 UCLA. The Bruins plated three runs in the fourth to clinch the weekend series at Kelly Field.
Freshman struck out seven in 4.2 innings of work, suffering her fifth loss of the season and is now 10-5 on the year. Senior pitched the final 2.1 frames, dealing three strikeouts and didn't allow a single Bruin hit.
Oregon State's offense got started early, breaking through in the first to take the early 1-0 advantage.
