Former Oregon State quarterback Nick Mitchell, who spent last season at Cerritos College, will transfer to Southern Oregon, he announced Monday night.
Mitchell completed 56.7 percent of his passes for 1,529 yards, 10 touchdowns and seven interceptions for Cerritos last season while adding 325 rushing yards and four scores.

Mitchell, who left OSU following the 2015 season, started five games in place of an injured Seth Collins.
