After starting off his stint with the Detroit Pistons in the 2017 Orlando NBA Summer League with a series of impressive performances, Detroit center Eric Moreland cooled off on Wednesday, with a much quieter 2 point (1-2 FG), 7 rebound outing in 21 minutes of action. In the contest, the Pistons defeated the Hornets, 87-82, to move to 3-1 overall over the course of the league and clinch a birth in the league’s championship game.
While on-the-court, Moreland’s day was noticable quiet, off-the-court, the former Oregon State stand-out has been making some serious noise. Per Steve Kyler of Basketball Insiders, Moreland has reportedly been made a multi-year offer from the Pistons to keep the Summer League surprise on the roster.
