The Pittsburgh Pirates have (again) selected Oregon State third baseman, Michael Gretler, this time with the 294th pick in the 2018 MLB draft.
Michael Gretler has been a mainstay at third base for the Beavers, making tons of highlight-worthy plays in the hot-corner. His defense has never been in question and he has shown flashes of being extremely dangerous on offense during his time in Corvallis.

Gretler has been a fantastic ballplayer and teammate during his 4-year career in Corvallis. And Pittsburgh is obviously interested in getting his services.
