MaxPreps released its list of the country's top 10 playmakers in high school football this week, and two players with local ties made the top three.
Oregon State Beavers and Oregon Ducks target Talanoa Hufanga, out of Crescent Valley High School (Corvallis, Oregon), came in at No. 3 thanks to his ability to impact the game on both sides of the ball:
"The nation's top-ranked athlete is a rare breed. He lays the wood, blankets the field and has the ability to take it back for six in a variety of ways. He can also hit breathtaking home runs and launch deadly bombs at quarterback.
