CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State senior outside hitter Mary-Kate Marshall has named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 8 First Team for the second straight year, the organization announced on Thursday.
Marshall, a kinesiology major with an option in pre-therapy and allied health, is a two-time Pac-12 All-Academic honoree and was also a CoSIDA Academic All-District selection in 2016. She is also a 2017 finalist for the prestigious Senior CLASS Award.
Marshall ranks second in the Pac-12 Conference and 12th in the nation with 4.55 kills per set in 2017. Earlier this season, she became the first Oregon State player to earn Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week honors in three separate weeks in a single season.
