When talking about this year’s version of Savannah State, led by a veteran coach like Horace Broadnax, the biggest question for the Tigers this season will be asked over and over throughout most of their games.
“Can Savannah State do enough on the defensive end to keep themselves in games?”
It may seem like a simply question, with a mostly obvious answer this far into the season, as the Tigers currently are statistically the worst defensive team in the country, allowing a stunning 105.1 PPG to opponents. However, games aren't won and lost on paper.
