The Oregon State Beavers have gotten off to a strong start with in-state recruiting in the class of 2019, landing a trio of talented prospects - Clackamas defensive lineman Kelsen Hennessy, West Salem athlete Anthony Gould and Marshfield defensive end/tight end Cory Stover.
But with early commitments often comes the task of hanging on to players when other programs come calling.
For Hennessy, in particular, that's a fight Oregon State will have to take on in order to keep him in the fold.
With several other Pac-12 programs showing interest, the 6-foot-5, 265-pound defensive lineman admits he will weigh all his options before signing with any school.
