When Kalani Sitake first looked at Oregon State's roster, the Beavers' new defensive coordinator noted the need to add more defensive backs.
So that became a priority during the new staff's final recruiting push, signing five total cornerbacks and safeties. And with those players set to begin fall camp next weekend, Sitake is now looking forward to cultivating more depth in the secondary.
"When you add depth, you add competition," Sitake said. "... Those guys are gonna be guys that I think can have an impact. And they're gonna have to, because we need guys and we need depth.
