Josh Mitchell, Oregon State center, makes AP All-Pac-12 first team

Oregon State center Josh Mitchell was named to the Associated Press All-Pac-12 first team Friday, while fellow offensive lineman Isaac Seumalo earned second-team recognition in a vote by media members who cover the conference.

Mitchell anchored the Beavers' offensive line for all 12 games, earning praise from position coach T.J. Woods and offensive coordinator Dave Baldwin as the most intelligent center they had ever coached. Seumalo successfully returned after missing the entire 2014 season with a foot injury, beginning the season as the starting right guard before switching to left tackle after Sean Harlow went down with a season-ending ankle injury.
