The Oregon State Beavers seem to be heavily focused on the junior college ranks as the early signing period approaches, but that doesn't mean Gary Andersen won't take a prep product that fits his needs.
On Monday, Rivals three-star cornerback Jeffrey Manning Jr. committed to the Beavers over offers from Boise State, BYU, Fresno State, Iowa State, San Diego State, UCLA, Utah, Washington State, Wyoming and others.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound defensive back, out of Cathedral (Los Angeles, California), made the announcement on Twitter:
Proud to announce that I am officially committing to Oregon State University.
