SAN FRANCISCO – Oregon State running back Jermar Jefferson has been named the Pac-12 Conference's Offensive Player of the Week and Nathan Eldridge has been selected as the Offensive Lineman of the Week, it was announced Monday. The awards are presented by Nextiva.
Jefferson set an Oregon State-Oregon Rivalry Game record with 226 rushing yards in the 41-38 win over the Ducks on Friday. He scored twice, including the first time on an 82-yard carry in the first quarter that marked the longest of his career. His 226 yards pushed him to 2,740 for his career, which now ranks fifth all-time at Oregon State.
