FORT WORTH, Texas – Oregon State NCAA Championships individual all-around qualifier, Jade Carey, dazzled the afternoon session in her final routines of her remarkable, record-setting season. The Olympic gold medalist turned in the highest score of the session, a 39.650, which placed fourth overall.
In 2022, Carey had only three routines below a 9.90 which were also above a 9.85 in a total of 48 routines. She won 47 individual event titles, including 11 all-around and holds nine of the top 10 Oregon State all-around scores. Carey scored a career-best at the NCAA regionals with an astonishing 39.
