NAPLES, Italy – The Oregon State women's basketball team spent its first full day in Italy Thursday, as the team visited the coastal region outside Naples.
The first step was a drive past Pompeii to the town of Sorrento, where the team was able to do a walking tour. The Beavers saw the impressive coastline, the town center and various other sites.
"The coast was really beautiful," said freshman Noelle Mannen. "It was awesome to see the culture there and to get to spend time in the small towns. This trip has been so amazing.
