An abysmal first half, missed free throws and Houston’s domination on the offensive glass were too much for the Beavers to overcome as their epic end of season run came to an end. The Cougars out rebounded Oregon State 41-29 and their 19 offensive rebounds were especially damaging. It lead to It’s never fun to end the season with a loss, but Beaver fans everywhere are proud of this team and their second half comeback highlighted the toughnesses the Beavers showed as they continued to overcome long odds.
