Kara Hallock ran a PR of 2:20.77 in the 800, the final event of the heptathlon.
EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon State's Kara Hallock took 10th place in the heptathlon and earned second-team All-American honors on Saturday at the NCAA Track & Field National Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene.
A senior from Lebanon, Ore., Hallock scored 5,444 points in the two-day, seven-event competition, the third-highest total in school history and her No. 2 all-time mark. She became OSU's third All-American in that event, joining three-time Olympian Cindy Greiner (1981) and Sonya Crowther (1982).
