Shafer and Burke are in their junior season for Oregon State
For the weeks leading up to the regular season, fans will get a chance to learn about every member of the 2017-18 Oregon State softball team.
This week, we meet up with Kayleen Shafer and Shawna Burke in their third season for Oregon State. Shafer is a catcher from Mission Viejo, Calif., and Burke is a pitcher from Eugene, Ore.
Why did you choose Oregon State?
