Tyner was regarded as one college football’s most electrifying at the position, as his final season resulted in Oregon’s College Football Playoff National Championship appearance. His choice in taking two years away from football resulted in frustration, as the fierce competitor in Tyner now wishes to return to form.
Per the rules of the NCAA, Tyner is not eligible to return to Oregon, as players are officially withdrawn from their school once deciding to retire for medical reasons.
