Sam Noyer is an Oregon State Beaver. He announced his decision on Twitter Friday and is eligible immediately.
The 6-foot-4, senior quarterback is from Beaverton Oregon. In a Covid shortened season he started every game for Colorado completing 55% of his passes for 1101 yards and six touchdowns. Noyer is a great athlete who actually switched to the defensive side of the ball and played safety before Colorado needed him back at quarterback.
When Sam Noyer announced he was entering the transfer portal there were rumors that he could play for Oregon State, but it didn’t seem likely with Tristian Gebbia and Chance Nolan both pushing for the starting QB position.
