CORVALLIS, Ore. - Oregon State goalkeeper Adrian Fernandez was named Pac-12 Player of the Week by the conference on Monday. Fernandez is the second Beaver to earn recognition during the 2021 season after fellow junior Sofiane Djeffal earned recognition on Oct. 11.
Fernandez helped No. 3 Oregon State earn two shutouts in a row and its seventh shutout of the season, with victories over Stanford (1-0, Oct. 28) and California (2-0, Oct. 31). Between the pipes, he totaled eight saves on the weekend with four against Stanford and four against California.
