CORVALLIS, Ore. – Bryce Fehmel scattered five hits and two runs in a career-long six innings and KJ Harrison drove in two on the strength of three hits to pace the seventh-ranked Oregon State baseball team to a 6-2 victory over Central Arkansas Friday at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field.
The Beavers and Bears continue their series Saturday afternoon in Hillsboro as a part of the Dam City Showcase. First pitch from Ron Tonkin Field is scheduled for 2:35 p.m. PT.
Fehmel made his third career start and held the Bears to two runs – one apiece in the second and fourth inning – while striking out three.
