CORVALLIS, Ore. – Ellie Slama will compete at the 121st U.S. Women's Amateur, which begins Monday at the par-72, 6,488-yard Westchester Country Club in Rye, N.Y.
Slama qualified for the U.S. Women's Amateur as one of the top five finishers on July 13 at the USGA Qualifier at Chambers Bay Golf Course in University Place, Wash. She finished in a tie for second place with an even-par 73.
The U.S. Women's Amateur is scheduled for Monday through Sunday. There will be two rounds of stroke play on Monday and Tuesday, and the top 64 players will advance to match play.
