CORVALLIS — Following a difficult 2-10 campaign, Oregon State has entered an important offseason.
Throughout the next few weeks, The Oregonian/OregonLive will publish a series of "exit interviews" with each Beavers assistant coach, which will reflect back on their first season in Corvallis and look ahead to 2016.
Next up is safeties coach Derrick Odum, who coached an entire defensive backs group last season that was decimated by injuries and struggled against the offensive firepower in the Pac-12.
(Note: This interview took place before defensive coordinator Kevin Clune and cornerbacks coach Cory Hall were officially hired by OSU).
