STANFORD, Calif. – Highlighted by Destiny Dawson and Annie Sidor's record-setting performances, the Oregon State University track & field team wrapped up day one of competition at the Pac-12 Conference Track & Field Championships at Stanford University.
The Beavers currently sit in 10th place overall with 16 team points. Stanford leads the way after the first day with 71 points, while USC is in second with 44 points.
Junior javelin thrower Dawson took a 3rd place finish earning the Beavers six team points on the first day of competition in Stanford after her record-setting throw in the event.
