Dan Bartholomae has been hired as Oregon State's new deputy athletic director for capital projects and internal operations, the school announced Friday afternoon.
Bartholomae comes to OSU after spending 15 years at Pittsburgh, where he worked for Beavers athletic director Scott Barnes as the deputy athletic director for internal affairs. Bartholomae replaces Mark Massari, who told The Oregonian/OregonLive Friday that he will leave OSU when his contract expires later this summer following three years in the role during his second stint in Corvallis.
"Dan is one of the rising stars in all of intercollegiate athletics administration and we are extremely excited to have him as a member of Beaver Nation," Barnes said in a release.
