Fact or Fiction: QB Josh Rosen of UCLA will be the highest scoring true Freshman QB and best dynasty draft pick this season.


FICTION: Rosen is penciled in to be the starter from day one and I have him projected at 240 fantasy points, but Seth Collins will score slightly better this year. There is an ongoing battle for the QB position at Oregon State but Collins has the early lead.
