Every summer, college football programs host high school camps in order to give back to the community and to get a long look at potential student-athletes.
Over the weekend, that effort paid off for the Oregon State Beavers, as they became familiar with - and offered - Clackamas three-star wide receiver Cole Turner.
"They had been in contact with me ever since Northwest Best (Showcase)," he explained. "About three or four coaches on the staff invited me down to their camp. I went there and had a good showing. Coach (Gary) Andersen had a talk with me and my dad.
