CORVALLIS – Future Oregon State gymnast Jade Carey is slated to compete U.S. Olympic Trials this weekend in St. Louis, Mo.
The trials are scheduled to begin Friday at 5 p.m., and will continue Sunday at 5:30 p.m. Action on both days will be carried live on NBC. The top-two all-around finishers at the event will automatically earn spots on the U.S.A. squad, with the other two positions being selected by the U.S. Olympic Committee.
Gymnastics competition at the 2020 Olympic Games (rescheduled to the summer of 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic) will begin on July 25 at the Ariake Gymnastics Center in Tokyo.
