CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State gymnast Jade Carey will advance to the NCAA National Championships in Fort Worth, Texas as an individual competitor in the all-around. The Olympic gold medalist marks the 15th time in 16 championships that the Beavers are represented in national competition.
Carey has been assigned to compete in the first session of competition on April 14, which begins at 10 a.m. PT. Carey will rotate with Oklahoma, who entered the post-season as the top-ranked program in the country, and will begin the day on vault.
The Sooners enter the championship posting the second-best regional final score of 198.
