CORVALLIS -- While in the dorms as incoming freshmen, Jamie Weisner, Ruth Hamblin, Deven Hunter and Samantha Siegner talked about the ways they wanted to help build the Oregon State program.
Most of the dreams were of the big-picture variety. And many of them have been realized throughout their careers, as the Beavers have advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament in back-to-back seasons -- their first March Madness appearances since 1996 -- and captured the program's first Pac-12 title last season.
Some dreams, though, were more specific.
"We said before we left, that we wanted to beat Stanford," Siegner recently recalled.
