Can 1940’s star Cliff Crandall knock off top-ranked Gary Payton?

The Case For Payton: Best known for his Hall Of Fame NBA career, Payton began his playing days in Corvallis, where he pieced together one of the Pac-8/10/12’s best individual seasons as a senior in 1989-1990.
