Cal picked up its sixth win of the season Saturday in a 54-24 victory over Oregon State.
What the win means for Cal: In the big picture, it means 15 extra practices for this group, which will now have an opportunity to play in the postseason. The Bears got huge performances from quarterback Jared Goff, running backs Tre Watson and Vic Enwere, cornerback Darius Allensworth and linebacker Raymond Davison. All of these came against a team that will likely not win a Pac-12 game this season, but that (along with snapping a four-game losing streak) should give the Bears a much-needed spark as they head into rivalry week with Stanford.
