When Rivals four-star quarterback Brevin White took an unofficial visit to Oregon State University late last week, he wasn't sure what to expect.
The 6-foot-2, 182-pound signal-caller, out of Paraclete High School (Lancaster, California), had driven through Corvallis before, but never stopped to check out the campus.
But after being pleasantly surprised by both the character of Gary Andersen and the comfort he experienced on campus, White had a direct question for the head coach.
When do you want to be done recruiting quarterbacks in the 2018 class?
True to form, Andersen didn't blink.
