CORVALLIS, Ore. – It was largely a defensive day at the Oregon State football team’s second, and final, scrimmage of fall camp. The Beavers in black shirts held the offense out of the end zone on seven out of 10 drives.
Possibly more important the results of the intrasquad scrimmage is that offensive lineman Isaac Seumalo along with running backs Storm Barrs-Woods, Chris Brown and Deltron Sands all returned to participate in their first scrimmage of the fall.
Saturday’s scrimmage, which was part of Family Fun Day and culminated in an autographs session with the entire squad, consisted of 63 plays before moving into a situational red zone period followed by a two-minute offense drill.
